Just voted yesterday for the US election. It's just 1 week to election day—if you're an American voter, remember early voting is already open many places, and is much easier than voting on election day. I literally had not wait at all. If you vote absentee, mail today or find an official drop box!

Christianity is the middle child of the abrahamic religions and that makes so much sense when you think about it

I yearn for this mentality

A year ago today was the best day of my life. @emilygreymoore.bsky.social, I will never have enough words.

Tabletop games have exploded in choice, concept, content, queerness, playability, and availability.

Tabletop games

Lot of good answers here, but I throw out: coffee. We've gotten so much better at making truly incredible coffee affordable and accessible.

Audio based entertainment. I grew up listening to tapes of The Green Hornet. For a long time there was almost nothing like that. And it was so difficult to take it anywhere. Now, Podcasts exist! There are hundreds of great programs. Also, audiobooks are way more accessible and plentiful.

Go watch this show. It might - MIGHT - be the best one.

If you have any feelings about Glee in any way, positive or negative, I beg of you, listen to this fucking episode please.

“You have caused great evil in this world” “ it was an accident 🥹 👉🏼👈🏼”

Passive or active, which roleplaying style do you follow? @kendomakesfilms.bsky.social explores both options with examples from Kobold Guide to Roleplaying! Let us know which play style you follow in the comments!

I make no claims to allyship, that's not a title I can claim on my own. But I am definitely a white people and PAX's decision that intersectionality is a "nice to have" and not the "must have" it should be, is something all white folks who claim to care should be shouting at them about. Frankly...

Vote because they're gonna try to steal it if the outcome is anything but belligerently overwhelming.

I truly believe the world has evolved beyond the need for hero shooters. I think shooters are arguably the most boring form of video game and solo-queue PvP is the most boring form of social interaction. But the art is so sick. Ergo, I propose, a TCG built upon the urban fantasy of a hero shooter.

Social media has always been good for networking, but networking isn't rent-extractible. So they lie and say we need it for sales.

STRAHD MUST DIE is current on %30 percent off on Heart of Daggers.

Art isn’t about skill. It’s about being kind to yourself. You have to practice not getting upset when you do something you enjoy and the end result doesn’t meet your initial expectations. Your expectations are constantly trying to outpace your skill level. Just tell them to go fuck themselves.

I've graduated from dice into board games, and the Kickstarter for the first game I'm producing is live now. As a huge, longtime fan of Tasting History, I couldn't have picked a more exciting project to jump in with! www.kickstarter.com/projects/sal...

It’s been a few months since I banged this drum, so here’s your reminder: - AP is a folk history and art - AP is born digital & will disappear unless preserved - You can preserve your show by following the checklist below & uploading to the Internet Archive - I’ll hype up your show if you do!💚
