Great to see tons of people here at the UTC to comment on the PSE rate increase case. Room is at capacity (~100) as well as the halls outside and a line is forming outside.

Second time that I've been out walking the dog and Boeing flew over us with a 787-10 that I'm pretty sure had its RAT deployed. Same plane I'm pretty sure.

Also this whole thing where everyone has to wait for the speeches to be done and the mayors to get their photo ops is especially disruptive for this opening. Just start letting people ride at 10 like you said. It's legitimately going to cause safety problems as the platforms fill up with people.

ORCA readers and ticket machines are offline right now for the light rail and Sound Transit says proof of paid fare is still required... A bit unreasonable if you ask me.

Hugely disappointing to hear this... Hoping @ericmigi.com changes course (and materially commits to it) but looking like no new pebble for me for now

Our negotiations with Core Devices have broken down, and we need your help, as the community, to decide what to do next: rebble.io/2025/11/17/c... (Aside: Ugh. This is probably the least pleasant thing we have ever had to write. We're incredibly sad it went this way, and sorry to have to post it.)

Seems like there's been a lot more discourse and fully open sourcing things like firmware which is awesome to see. Might need to see one in person but the new time 2 is looking tempting.

Not even sure I'd call it "walking back" but maybe quiet (though the focus on AI and squeezing productivity instead is definitely loud) - feels like they've more or less given up completely in my experience

Microsoft is quietly walking back its diversity efforts. In my Notepad 📒 newsletter this week I cover Microsoft's D&I changes and reveal that LinkedIn has been testing an AI personal assistant for Microsoft execs. Live for subscribers now 👇 www.theverge.com/tech/838079/...

If only it was a more standard mfa implementation?l, or better yet passkeys. It’s kind of weird the mfa implementation for a modern system is fucking email. It’s not 2010 any more.

🛡️ ENABLE 2FA - Add an extra security layer via Settings > Privacy and Security > Enable 2FA. While Bluesky 2FA helps protect your account, make sure your email also has 2FA enabled for maximum protection. 3/10

I'm sorry what did she think she signed up for?

From what I have been told, Moore is demoralized and doesn't feel like she signed up for a job where she gets yelled at and criticized regularly by the public.

Tonight, hours after the Paul Weiss news broke, an associate at Skadden Arps sent a firm-wide email: "Please consider this email my two week notice, revocable if the firm comes up with a satisfactory response to the current moment...We do not have time. It is now or it is never..."

i don’t even know if crime is the right word for the illegal destruction of USAID. it is an autocratic power grab and a direct attack on the sovereignty of the american people

I switched the emoji on my phone from the Samsung ones to Fluent emoji a little while ago and I very much prefer it. Also considered the Google ones. Wish it was easier and actually supported though. Silly how much effort it takes to switch fonts, etc.

You are up to date.
