It's not Muslims who want to turn their religion into US law. It's right wing GOP Christians. It's not Muslims who waged the Jan 6 terrorist attack. It was right wing GOP Christians. Yet these same right wing GOP Christians accuse Muslims of doing what they have done and what they are plotting!

In early 2025, I assumed the Trump regime would delete the Department of Justice’s press releases and other statements related to more than 1,000 Jan. 6 cases. So I downloaded them. We’ve now made them available to the public with a search tool. They can’t erase history. jan6memoryproject.org

BREAKING: We just sued Jared Kushner for unlawfully acting as one of the country's top diplomats without undergoing Senate confirmation or filing financial disclosures. It’s abundantly clear that he should be blocked from performing this outsized role: www.citizensforethics.org/legal-action...

Hegseth on Nidal Hasan: "He's gonna get a firing squad of soldiers. As it should be. We'll make sure that people are able to watch it. That it's public. Because people need to understand that there's serious consequences for these types of things."

Great list of q's.

Since Jared Kushner is now willing to “put the facts and supporting information out publicly” in those (implicitly infrequent) instances “when the truth matters,” I have put together a list of questions for his consideration.

One thing educators need to learn from Trump is that America is shamefully ignorant of the rest of the world. Our politicians can’t even find countries on a map. Our “diplomats” must be addressed in English; they know no second language. We need a vast influx of foreign students to civilize us.

Is an openly bigoted criminal who uses his resources to boost neo-Nazis in Germany, stoke race riots in the UK, and advance Russian propaganda—among other things—a reliable defense contractor for the United States? And isn’t it weird how little this question comes up in government or discourse?

Gloria Steinem was an icon and a trailblazer. Her advocacy - from championing reproductive freedom, to fighting for workplace fairness - moved our country forward. All of us can and should draw on her legacy of leadership and advocacy to strive towards making America a better place.

Remember when the New York Times made Claudine Gay resign over a plagarism smear campaign by Chris Rufo that found no real examples of plagarism? I do.

Remember when law enforcement was trying to get everyone to agree to link their Ring cameras and everyone said “Fuck NO” so the local governments that “can’t afford” anything that benefits citizens in need entered into taxpayer funded contracts to put Flock cameras up everywhere overnight?

Reminder that Emil Bove's seat on the 3rd Circuit should have gone to Adeel Mangi, President Biden's incredible nominee who would have been the first Muslim federal appellate court judge in the nation. A vicious, anti-Muslim smear campaign tore him down. nominationnotes.substack.com/p/before-emi...
