This ladybird book was produced in 1976 for young people (mum gave it to me when I was 9) and perfectly describes the current climate crisis- the message was act now. Still not enough people are listening…

Babergh, Suffolk UK is now predicted to vote Reform - all conservative seats have turned. This is not good news… a few chunks of green. Let’s see what happens in May.

This week the government quietly published a 'Global biodiversity loss, ecosystem collapse and national security assessment': www.gov.uk/government/p... Meant to be out last year, but rumoured to be blocked by Number 10: www.theguardian.com/environment/... The judgements are stomach-churning

What if… we accept we are addicted to electricity and ‘unlimited’ power? The future will, I suspect, mean rationing. No one likes the thought but it’s coming. Thought?

What a load of drivel from Chris O'Shea 'Sizewell C will probably run for 100 years,'- assume he is oblivious to the eroding Suffolk coastline & lack of sea defences. #Centrica invested because this #Labour government dumped the risk & cost overruns on UK bill/taxpayers!!! thismon.ee/a/15226267

I’ve lost the knack of posting but here goes… attended the Sizewell C hearing today. Very technical arguments around the legality of the licence. Of course the real issue is ethical and the assurance that long term the safety of people and place can be assured. No amount of words can make this true
