Great to see this game finally get a full retail release as opposed to a series of limited print runs. It deserves to be accessible (not that you can't already buy it digitally on multiple platforms)

I have a vague assumption that this is just because it's hard for AI to screw up branding that's just a blob with eyeballs. That's already kind of what AI spits out on the regular anyway.

Someone should make this mod but for removing him from the public consciousness instead of just pokemon

Vinyl but like, very scary@dumbnbass.bsky.social

My only exposure to Ed Shearswhatever was that one of the first mods for Pokemon Scarlet was one that removed his song from the credits

This new thread feature is neat in principle but it has that "vibe coded" feel to it. Inserting itself into text visually is a bug that should never make it to production.

Musk once said he thought he would be arrested by a Dem president's DoJ and it was more effective of a campaign message than anything 99% of the party actually campaigned on in 2024.

Clock finally broke on a decent time to be occasionally correct on

Isn't this largely what Hasan Piker -- the guy whom Carville has screamed he can't be in the same party as -- has been saying these past few months?

I've been into music games since I was in college, I started with Gitaroo Man on PS2 and this has a similar vibe. I probably should have gone back to play Parappa and Lammy while they were still easily accessible on store shelves.

"Where do turtles belong on the reptile family tree?" is one of those questions that seems like a no-brainer. In actual fact, when you take a step back, turtles are *extremely* weird! I wrote about it for National Geographic

Happy to hear my local city council signed an ordinance refusing to zone any part of the city for data centers this week. On top of the surveillance state these things ruin living spaces with heat and noise pollution.

As always I'll believe it when it's gone and everyone involved is criminally prosecuted but imagine how hideously unpopular ICE must be that even the DNC had to stand for something for once.

Abolishing ICE is now the official position of the Democratic Party

Anything to curtail the current wave of enshittification. Not to excuse capitalism, but it does often feel like companies have completely given up on making better products in favor of making worse ones and charging you to get the old functionality back.

I feel like an issue that would connect well with voters would be doing anything at all to slow the current progression toward "absolutely everything now is a scam"

I feel like I'm betraying my core values but it's a little wild how often I find myself buying retro from GameStop these days. On a lot of things they undercut the secondary market and sell their games at loose prices.

I feel like this kind of content easily drifts into Copaganda. But I remember like, Yo-Kai watch sending a superboss after you if you cross the street too many times on a don't walk sign and I feel like other cultures get the gist of what's being said here.

Playing Digimon Cyber Sleuth on Switch, and frankly I regret sleeping on the game for this long. I used to love the Mega Man Battle Network games and this feels like what I wish that franchise had become on newer consoles.

Sounds like a win. But also as a spectator I'm a little stunned that this kind of leverage was possible and that we didn't need to play games with SNAP benefits after all in October.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune said Thursday that demands made by Democrats for new restrictions on federal immigration officers are “unrealistic” and warned that the Department of Homeland Security will shut down next week if they do not work with Republicans and the White House.

Absolutely losing my mind over Ava, THE ROCK'S DAUGHTER, quitting WWE despite them offering her a raise to keep working a pretty cushy kayfabe general manager gig and then the day after her contract ends she posts this

Everyone in the administration should be in jail for war crimes but this reads suspiciously like a paragraph I'd read in an Email asking me to donate $5 to Schumer's reelection campaign

ICE does not need more training. They’re doing exactly what they’re trained to do. Democrats cannot vote for a single cent to ICE.

This was evident nearly 30 years ago when Trump was quoted in his own book claiming that being forced to remove asbestos from his buildings was an organized crime plot to bankrupt him and all the mesothelioma victims were paid agitators.

Ashley Zacharias@ashleyzacharias.bsky.social

Trump has never lived in the real world. He's gone from pampered nepo baby to New York dilettante to TV game show host to isolated White House resident. His only job was TV star. He's never paid his own bills. He's never bought his own groceries. He's nothing like you. He doesn't understand you.

I think this is relevant in the modern protest environment because we have to accept that Trump and everyone like him will never admit any level of accountability willingly. It is literally his life philosophy and he has surrounded himself with people who also think that way.

This looks neat. But part of me is a little alarmed like they're trying to squeeze every last bit of juice they can from whatever Toriyama was working on when he died (at a relatively young age, likely at least partly due to the stressful life of a mangaka)

Completed my first ever November Novel challenge. Was a helpful exercise to "flush" some ideas out of my head and work out some ideas I'd been kicking around for a long time. My prize is one month of a premium sub to RR and a really fucked up sleep schedule
