Also Khazan added a 'play as a girl' mode that's sorta half hearted because they didn't include voice lines for her and doesn't reflect the change in cutscenes, but it DOES let me create this eccentric pissed off bougey aunt look that I'm way into actually.

So... Onimusha. I'm enjoying it well enough, but I can't stop with this feeling that I definitely enjoyed my time with Khazan far more. The too slow drip fed enemy variety, the open world bloat and the fact I needed two mods (one I hate using too because the author uses AI art on the page)...

have kinda spoiled some genuinely very fun bosses and overall charming presentation. I'm still enjoying it enough to stick through it all the way, but there is a lot that mars the experience and damn do I think Khazan did it better.

I wonder if the old guy on my estate whose fucking awful son almost killed/crippled me by pushing me off the worlds most dangerous play equipment when I was not even in my teens will ever get the hint that I don't wanna get into a conversation with him beyond "hello, I'm good thank you".

Before that said son tried to make me drink his piss, set fire to most of the bins around the village, smashed through people's garage walls with a sledgehammer etc etc He was a genuine problem, and only after almost killing someone did the straw break the camels back or whatever, so nah I'm good.

Sorry just had to get that off my chest, it happens every time I pass him and he STILL has not gotten the hint when I don't stop. True I made good with said son, but I genuinely do not care for either of them. Like I'm not gonna be a dickhead about it, just damn dude, learn some social awareness.
