Are you using target relabeling rules in @prometheus.io? I wrote a short blog post about the new relabeling rule visualizer I built that just got released with Prometheus v3.8.0, and which can help you make sense of your rules: prometheus.io/blog/2025/12...

#PromCon was amazing, really good to see some old friends and meet new ones. Amazing talks, the energy was so nice, and it’s amazing to see the Prometheus Ecosystem so alive. See you soon folks.

We get a lot of questions about our in-progress data center buildout... So we asked Infrastructure Engineer Charith to write up everything you need to know about how to build your own data center blog.railway.com/p/data-cente...

Today I went to write a new blog post about Thanos and OpenTelemetry, but my personal blog wasn't even building because of outdated dependencies 😅 Hopefully I didn't break anything during the upgrade

Are there any fantastic examples for Go SDKs wrapping HTTP/JSON (REST) APIs? Like, imagine a really good Spotify SDK or whatever. Which ones can you recommend? Using the best standards, little reflection and lots of type-safety.

It’s Friday 11PM in my time zone, and I’m solving a bug caused by java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space. What do you even expect from a weekend that starts like this? 😅

There's really no place quite like home. Over the last month and a half, my family and I have been living in an Airbnb while our house was under renovations. We've missed our home so much, and Afonso, in particular, has been yearning for his room and beloved toys.
