NEW: Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer’s husband has been barred from entering Labor Department HQ after two female staffers accused him of sexual assault inside the building, according to NYT. One alleged incident was captured on security cameras and is now part of a criminal investigation.

BREAKING NYT: The husband of Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer has been barred from the department's headquarters after at least two female staff members told officials that he had sexually assaulted them, according to people familiar with the decision and a police report obtained by The Times.

I received notification of yet another death at an ICE facility, meaning 38 people have died in custody since Trump returned to office. ICE is failing to ensure the health and safety of the people it is responsible for. We need immediate oversight of this entire operation.
