I looked into it should this happen for real, 'cause it did make me wonder. Basically, you'll know. They'll glue that shit to your patreon dashboard with neon lights. You'll also recieve an e-mail, but only in case you check that more often than your actual patreon page. don't click e-mail links.

For any patreon creators, I just received a fairly convincing phishing e-mail claiming there was a valid copyright dispute and I had to log in to resolve it. I'm probably not the only one, so stay safe out there.

Like, you know Trump is washed when he does some uncharted territory bullshit, making european political consultants cry and throw up trying to still say "the US is our most important ally", and the most shocking news of the day is that the nobel peace prize went to someone who actually deserves it.

Well, that's not gonna happen. It's why I would never do a "flashback" storyline about Beverly's dad dying. That still happened, but my approach to trauma in this comic is always gonna prioritize how people heal, and that it's possible to heal. I want people relating to that things CAN get better.

Hospitals here in Norway that are way understaffed hiring consultants to figure out how to lower expenses/cutting staff. Keeping medical professionals employed is too expensive apparently, but they REFUSE to disclose what the consultant fees are to conduct the work on "how to save money".

Straight up scam to ensure the more and more money go into the right pockets. Cannibalize every public service in "an effort to save money" so they can justify letting private investors take ownership. Consultation firms take a piece of the pie too because of course they are also privately owned.

My comic is STILL intended to be free to read for all, but I gotta get better at shilling my patreon. The SOLE source of income to keep this comic going, mind you. I don't have any side deals, sponsors etc. I also live in Norway so I'm basically one handshake away from the official "poverty line".

Big fan of the UN making a statement on climate change, like "we did nothing, it didn't work, and even if we did SOMETHING right NOW, billions will still die." Sure makes me love capitalism and how it's directly responsible for this. Gonna buy fresh avocados a child picked in December to celebrate.
