Just a heads up, maintenance will be closing the left lane on NB 1-5 near SR 539/Guide Meridian (MP 256) in Bellingham overnight from 9 p.m. tonight (10/27) to 5 a.m. tomorrow (10/28) for guardrail repair.

CLOSED FOR THE SEASON The final 2.7 miles of SR 542/Mt. Baker Hwy, the Road to Artist Point (MP 54), is CLOSED for winter as of 3p Sun (10/25). SR 542 remains open to the seasonal closure point. Winter recreationalists should still monitor conditions throughout the season.

SB SR 539 LANE REDUCTION THURSDAY We will close the right lane of SB SR 539/Guide Meridian over the Nooksack River Bridge south of Lynden from 7a-4:30p Thurs (10/22) for routine inspections. Expect delays in the area.

NB I-5 RAMP CLOSURES AGAIN The NB I-5 on- and off-ramps at Alger/Lk Samish (exit 240) will close from 9p Wed (10/21) to 5a Thurs (10/22) to install pavement markings. The right lane also will close at the same time in the area. - Expect delays -Detour uses Nulle Road (exit 242)
