When Ben Johnson says make the same look different and the different look the same, it makes me think of applying baseball's pitch tunneling to formations and play calls. #bears

If the defender is making an INT and in the process of catching the ball it hits the ground as he secures it, how is that actually a catch/INT? Please explain this rule to me.

That rookie LT for the Bears—OhMyGodJeez, is having an epically poor game. Defenders are running around him like it’s a 3 cone drill on the way to the QB. And then there’s the penalties…

Another Losing Bears Monday. Finding new ways to recover after having our hearts ripped out. Biggest test of the year for Caleb and the offense and I thought they did well. ST and DEF were surprisingly bad.

The late great Doug Buffone would refer to this Bears team as a great opponent, like one a fighter would use as a tune up for a future heavyweight bout. He'd call them "Punching bags. Tomato Cans!"

Swift's appearance on the Bears' injury report brings me back to Waldron's infatuation with T. Homer. They're going to miss Herbert. It took Waldron's dismissal to finally unlock Roschon with some change of pace carries instead of a one-dimensional role. T. Brown--show us how to run an offense.

It's probably the meatball in me talking, but in the last week I've seen/heard enough of Thomas Brown that I'm wondering if he'd be a better fit to lead the team than Coach Lose. The last OC's game plans were worse with more prep time (bye/opener). Can Brown build off last week? Big test coming.

Have we arrived at the point in the Bears' season where we expect them to lose out, suffer epic attrition and yet somehow stoke hope in the next season? Barren Hope Reservoir. I should change that to my handle location. #Bears

You are up to date.
