Na'el would probably be a firebender. Despite her natural proclivity for conjury-style magic and the manipulation of water and earth and air, she's a bit too arsonist-coded not to be a firebender. Casper is also a firebender but almost exclusively for lightning-bending. Levin poisoning go brrrr. —

What element, if any, would your WOL/OC bend in the Avatar universe? (Bonus: Would they be the Avatar, and if so, how did they find out?) #wolqotd

But if Casper were the Avatar (WoL privileges) they'd be born a firebender (again, levin poisoning) but would struggle most with earth rather than water, simply because it disagrees so strongly with their lightning. Speaking of earth, Myrna would 100% be an earth bender, no question. She grew up—

—in Xak Tural, which is very sandy and desert-like, so it fits. I imagine her dad is an airbender though, and she inherits her nomadic spirit from him. Siren (often unseen) is a waterbender through and through. Her whole thing is deep-sea diving and hunting ocean beasts (w/ water breathing).

of my actual warriors of light (Casper, Eurydice) neither were even in eorzea for 1.0. Casper didn't arrive until immediately before 2.0, and Eurydice only arrived a few months prior to starting. Eury's lore also relies on the Calamity to bring her to Eorzea so her being WoL would break everything

#wolqotd is your wol the same as 1.0's wol? if not, have you established lore for them, too?
