Problem solved. Following Trump's tariffs, the 6% of America's population that uses fentanyl have agreed to use only use domestic products. Sure prices may rise, but tariffs always increase domestic prices. Stopping the flow of foreign fentanyl is an obvious solution to America's addiction.
