Whiteโs 1958 book ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ถ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฆ ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐จ but was used earlier to describe the Totalitarian Principle of quantum mechanics.
