Photo of a sharecropping family, 1936, Georgia. In their poverty who do you think they blamed—people that took the profits from their labor, or the black man down the street? Did it help them in their abject poverty to know that those in the black community were treated worse?

Either way, it's time to acknowledge the fact that we are fighting with the wrong people. Are we going to wait until they've trashed the environment, neglected the infrastructure into the ground, and left nothing behind but a wage slave class there for the convenience of the Uber wealthy?

It's okay to be different. It's okay to be weird. It's also okay to not associate with people that you think are too weird. What's not okay is to try to take other people's rights away from them because you're scared that rights are like pie. Or maybe you're just a hateful ass, that's not okay.

And today, the same thing is happening. The people with the most keep taking more, leaving less for everyone else. But we're supposed to blame illegal immigrants, or Muslims, transgender youth, or maybe just people with colored hair as nose rings.

Too many things happening unsupervised

This post is going to be long but it’s important. One of the least-discussed developments in the Trump administration is the creation of the National Design Studio (NDS). On the surface, it was presented as a project to modernize government websites and improve the user experience.

Irony: the people in charge who claim they are for family values but have no political will to * Provide families with healthcare * Promote fair wage growth * Protect/support public education * Protect environment for future gens * Prosecute pedophiles and rapists

While I am not saying that we should go in some extreme direction, this proves why capitalism isn't a great system. When it all comes down to profit, there is no will to do things that are good for the distant future. If it goes beyond a 5 or 10-year profit plan, forget it.

Just look at these people! They are so oppressed it's heartbreaking. May as well have a sign that says "I'm doubling down on being an a******" or "I wouldn't know Jesus if I met him" #FDT #FGOP #FuckChristianNationalism
