I don't think $30k is a life-changing amount of money. Median American born in 1980 will have $2m in income in their lifetime. It's a 1% increase in earnings.

The most dangerous thing about AI is the fact that all of these people actually are fully aware of the bubble and the fact that the system is going to implode. There is no long term plan. There is no end goal. They are JUST trying to siphon money before the system collapses.

One of the rare moments I both disagree with a take, AND with the people disagreeing with the take. Yeah the CIA did a lot of shit. Didn't win the cold war though, just killed a lot of people and made some wealthy people wealthier, which was the plan. We won the Cold War cause the USSR collapsed.
