RS-44 decoding FT-4 using OscarWatch FT-4 not quite ready to test TX but soon

A little more work has been completed on OscarWatch FT4, its rapidly approaching testing in the real world.

Dunno what I was thinking, but I went down the rabbit hole of adding FT4 to OscarWatch. Still a lot to do; only tested using virtual audio cables, so it needs a real satellite pass to try, etc

DXChrono Desktop will soon be able to have a widget to show weather data from Davis Weather Link and Weather Underground

Very difficult SO-50 pass with the usual calling and not listening, but did catch DL6AP/P on the grid line of JO42, JO43 and also EA2AA.

The Wednesday DXChrono Desktop release will deliver nearly a 50% RAM reduction. 😎👍
