Wrapped my dog in this towel after her bath and told her that it was my favorite towel from my grandma’s house when I was a kid. I always tell her how much she and my grandma would have loved each other. I think she understands. ❤️

What I wanted to convey to my therapist: Since my dad and grandma died 10 years ago, it’s hard for me to fully feel and process strong negative emotions, and I sometimes feel numb. How it came out of my mouth: My grief machine is broken. 🫠
