President Trump’s fans and other investors had bet on a speculative cryptocurrency called $TRUMP, hoping that its value would soar with his return to the White House. But while many of his followers lost money, Trump walked away with a $636 million payout. www.nytimes.com/2026/07/04/u...

On Obama Appreciation Day, let's honor a man of integrity, decorum, and respect — one who showed us what real leadership looks like. He is an intelligent, all-around good man, and he and his family represent what America should be.

Just saying, but when people are trying to do everything they can to prevent you from voting, that’s when you absolutely need to vote. Ready to make this the biggest midterm turnout in history?

Today we mourn the passing of Rev. Jesse Jackson, a giant of the civil rights movement who never stopped demanding that America live up to its promise.

He marched, he ran, he organized and he preached justice without apology.

May we honor him not just in words, but in struggle.

The federal presence in Minnesota has been especially tough on our local businesses. Choosing to shop local, grab takeout, or visit a neighborhood store is one way we can stand with our neighbors and continue to show the nation what it means to respond with care and decency.

Sanctuary policies are legal. The Supreme Court has been clear for decades that the federal government cannot commandeer state or local governments to enforce federal immigration law. This isn’t “playing with fire.” It’s constitutional law.

Everyone needs to understand that Trump isn't the main problem here. He is a consequence of decades of not squashing hate in every form. Allowing our system to continue to only work for "some" but not others.
