So Spineshank were my absolute favourite band back in the early 2000s and I never got to see them live before they broke up. Seems they got back together last year and are touring a bit after DownloadFest. Grabbed tickets as I felt like I owed this to my younger self. She's also a bit excited ;)

Not a day goes by where i do not have anxiety over falling very sick again. From initial "ow that hurts" to inability to move takes about 3-4 hours. initial pain just feels like period cramp. i can try everything to avoid it (Woo Low Residue diet) but nothings certain and it -scares- tf out of me.

since then its been in & out of hospital. The times during the pandemic SUCKED as there was an outright ban on visitors (for good reasons) and it was me, the nurses and my plush dragon purchased from the Cider & Dragons festival in France.

i remember the first time it happened i was with Thaly (my actual rock both occasions) who got me to hospital and it took roughly 12 hours from entry to A&E to signing papers for emergency surgery. i have -a lot- of trauma from that incident. the ICU was so blue

Trap Door When Berk has a nightmare. Also the pilot ep where a monster comes out through the door and eats the thing upstairs dinner. solution? Berk sends the monster upstairs as the dinner itself. you can hear upstairs munching on the critter. the day claymation became a giant NOPE for me.

My hearts a bit through-the-floor with this all. The first perforation happened 9 years ago and since then it's been a huge fight with diet, lifestyle, bathroom access and abdominal pains. My last flare was 3 months ago as well and it's exhausting. It'll only get worse as I get older. Fml

Thankyou for all the DMs/phonecalls/messages Xxxxx This is a rough one but I'm getting there (and for those who know no I lost the battle of the toast) This has been the worst flare since my 2017 emergency surgery. It's all just so exhausting. But right now I have a mug of tea. it'll all be ok <3
