But none of those are the responsibility of the District of North Vancouver. They are Translink, Metro Vancouver and the Province. The Skytrain alone goes through 4 municipalities. Yes we need and advocate and yes our system is complicated, but still what you going to do about the District?

"Sea-to-Sky Passenger Rail" is an additional item on their manifesto. Seriously? What about the Spirit Trail? What about the speed of cars on the Parkway? What about active infrastructure? I think they might be running for the wrong job.
