Another great run last night - feels great! It's been a long time since I was healthy enough to do multiple 5mile runs in the same week.

Whelp this streak of activity is coming to an end, this morning while standing up from the toilet I somehow managed to throw my back lumbar into absolute agony and feels bad enough that I know I'm in for at least a week of recovery before I can even walk again. Another setback, but not the end.

Sometimes I just can't help myself, I'm injured and scaling back mileage to recover nonetheless this morning held for me the fastest mile of 2026. Didn't feel fast at the time, data says otherwise! #running #runsky #rundc
