Stopped by to visit the iPhone Duo. Pretty cool device. Outer display is an odd shape but the inner screen is absolutely stunning.

They finally nailed how to do multitasking on this thing. The iPad mini (if not all iPads) should have a mode to enable easy side by side apps like this has.

This is your periodic reminder that if you play the theme song to "The Muppet Show" when the engines spin up on most twin engine aircraft, the song will roughly sync up to takeoff.

Didn't enjoy Strange New Worlds as much as I'd hoped to this season, but the season finale was pure, classic Trek. 🖖

Coyote vs Acme was absolutely wonderful. I have nothing but pity for the nut job studio execs that tried to kill it. How sad to live a life devoid of any humor or joy.

Ugh, they are redoing Tomorrowland in DL *and* Imagination? Won't someone think of the DVC members? Where will we go for freestyle machines during the refurbs?

Hoping the rest of Strange New Worlds isn't just a tour of genres applied every week to the characters. Ep 1 was kinda ok, didn't care for ep 2 all that much this season.

Over at the Howard Johnson across the street from Disneyland, they have an awesome suite inspired by the House of the Future! We really enjoyed our stay. 🚀

This new app is great - works on Mastodon and Bluesky, great design, timeline sync across devices and supports all  platforms.

Introducing Indigo A beautiful new app for Bluesky and Mastodon and the best way to experience both social networks together. It's tough keeping up with everyone when they're split across networks but Indigo brings them together for a seamless social experience. apps.apple.com/us/app/indigo-...

I love that they just flew around the damn moon and are now basically in "YOU'RE MUTED" hell like on a teams call.

Anyone get the $300 gift card from signing up for the new Disney Visa and have issues with the gift card? Mine shows a balance but I can't use it 🤦🏻‍♂️

I mistimed my "stuck at home stupid electronics project" for today's blizzard (it is just starting now) but it came out pretty good. Stay warm everyone!

Visited Bell Works today, one of Bell Labs' former locations where much of modern technology was invented. It also serves as HQ for Lumon in "Severance". It was designed by Eero Saarinen, who also designed the TWA terminal at JFK, the Gateway Arch, and a lot of other cool buildings.

I don't say this sort of thing lightly because it is impossible to know but Jim would have loved this. The Muppet Show is back!

Kinda bummed about canceling this one but the CSR refresh last year was way too expensive and too complicated to make sense for me 💸

I knew Walt filmed a ton of Disneyland's construction, and now we finally get to see so much of it. Disneyland Handcrafted was great. Also wonderful to hear voices of people I've read about and seen photos of - but never knew what they sounded like! youtu.be/YtrVcOxVDls
