Following WW2, Leash Fen was used to dispose of surplus ammunition in controlled explosions. Now, only cow and deer tracks cross this boggy place. Sooner or later, the serenity of the fen will be shattered by some unfortunate cow stumbling over unexploded shells. #scape #infrared #ForestFriday
