We report a new RNA imaging platform based on 𝗥𝗵𝗼𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗧 and fluorescence life time microscopy; 𝗥𝗵𝗼𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗧-𝗙𝗟𝗜𝗠. It is more sensitive than intensity based imaging and enables higher resolution in 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗. It was very fun to work with amazing @xiaoxiao94.bsky.social and Berkan in this project. Congrats!
New Preprint from Sunbul Group! RhoBAST-FLIM, a platform that resolves free from RNA-bound dyes, enables high-fidelity, lifetime-assisted super-resolution RNA imaging. Many thanks to Berkan for the wonderful collaboration and all the support from @murat-sunbul.bsky.social! doi.org/10.64898/202...

What if we could control where drugs are delivered in the body? Our lab developed tiny particles that can carry mRNA to specific parts of the body, and with 3D imaging, we can visualize where they go 🤩 This technology can help with so many chronic diseases... Paper: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
