Fantastic 4: First Steps. Definitely the best Fantastic 4 made to date. Far from the best Marvel has made. Appreciate them not focusing on an origin story for the 4 and just jumping straight in. I give it a Spicy Italian Sandwich. 🎥 🎬

Thunderbolts is worth watching. Fun, good action, with a nicely told emotionally driven story at its core. It does a good job of breaking the Marvel pattern of being a movie solely for the sake of setting up the next movie. I give it a Turkey Cheddar Panini 📽️ 🎬

Yeah, go see this one in theaters. Top notch sound track, story, and acting. Worth catching in Dolby or IMAX. Philly Cheesesteak. 📽️ 🎬

Steven Miller and the Trump Admin keep insisting this was a 9-0 win for them. Why don't you read the Supreme Court's own words and tell me your interpretation?

Black Mirror Season 7. Only 2ep in but so far it's very much a return to form for the series. On par with the earlier seasons, we'll see how the rest of the episodes shape up. 📺

Death of a Unicorn. Very fun creature feature with a satisfying dash of social commentary. A24 always manages to tell the most human stories no matter the theme. I disagree heavily with the critics on this one, I give it A Philly Cheesesteak.

This movie was better than I anticipated. It's exactly what you would expect but very well done. Jack Quaid is ridiculously charming and the choreography well executed. Plenty of pain cringes and laughs. I give it a Chicken Panini 🎬 📽️

greater than those who hold such offices of public trust. If Mr. Musk is going to have such influence he must be subjected to the same scrutiny as any other cabinet appointed or elected official. I would ask that you do your duty and act to protect our government from private individuals who seek to

unduly influence the operations of our federal agencies. I belive allowing Musk to continue to act on behalf of the executive branch without such scrutiny or oversight poses a grave threat to the security of our nation. Thank you for your time and your efforts to protect the American People.

I will put what I wrote to my representatives below for those who just want an easy copy paste but I would encourage every one to express their specific concerns on this matter if they differ from my own. I am no expert on political writing but I know sometimes it helps to have a jumping off point.

Hello, I am reaching out to you as my representative to express my grave concern over Elon Musk's influence in the federal government. Elon is not an elected official nor has he been confirmed by the senate nor is he subject to any oath of office, yet he appears to be exerting influence equal to or

Presence, good movie, a story told from a unique perspective. A lot of movies that choose a unique perspective like this don't have the guts to stick to it unflinchingly throughout the whole film. Excellent use of tension and suspense. 📽️ 🎬

Owning a Diamond Potato is all fun and games until you forget to account for the motion of the sun throughout the changing seasons and now the potato has spent an entire day sitting in the sun and you have no choice but to spend the evening cleaning a bookshelf and a couple dozen tiny diamonds.

The Dead Don't Die: Great little horror comedy, phenomenal casting. Wonderfully dry humor. It's giving Shaun of the Dead but very different. Feels like a movie that shouldn't work but somehow it does. On Netflix now. 📽️🎬

Building ginger bread houses seems like the ultimate flex on the economically disadvantaged. "I've got so much extra food I'm not even gonna eat it. I'm just gonna make a little house out of it, which is another thing you can't afford."

War of the Rohirrim: Not great, could have been good but the animation held it back. Set pieces looked good. Almost had that Ghibli feel with that hyper detailed back ground but in the end it only served to highlight how relatively poor the animation was. 📽️🎬

You might be cool, but are you "find a scale, hand painted, diecast replica BR55HB complete with display stand in a box you haven't opened in 15 years" cool?

Secret Level. The show is a bit of a mixed bag but there are some real gems in there. The animations are absolute top notch across the board and some big names voice a fair number of characters. Worth the watch. 8 Eps out now 8 more next week.

Okay, Ep 2. This is a good show. From the ads I thought it would be cringe tbh but I'm excited for more.

Star Wars: Skelton Crew. Ep 1. It really feels like someone said "what if we do The Goonies but in Star Wars?" I don't know if it'll hold up for the whole season but the first episode was charming and enjoyable. Waiting for the elephant kid to do the truffle shuffle though.

I think we could all learn a lesson from A Christmas Carol this year. It is perfectly acceptable to berate, harass, and traumatize the rich until they become better people.

Creature Commandos: James Gunn has once again shown he thoroughly understands the assignment. Great entry into the DC animated catalog. Good mix of humor reminiscent of adult swim shows, with enough drama and intrigue to keep it interesting. Sound track is a bop. Good fights too. 📺

Gladiator II This film kinda felt phoned in. The pacing is pretty bad. I'm not generally a stickler for historic accuracy in this kind of film but compared to the first one this is practically a fantasy film. The acting was good and the action scenes were decently choreographed. 📽️

The world is one deer smaller tonight thanks to my vehicles front end. May she rest in piece knowing she will be forever remembered by my insurance premium 😔

My toxic trait is assuming the computer cheats in video games. What do you mean I need heads on a coin flip to win and I get tails 5 times in a row!?

Little before and after of today's tattoo adventure. I got the glyph for "Reclaimer" tattood forever ago but today I finally finished it and added some more Forerunner inspired geometry to the piece. May my love for Halo never be questioned.

Watchmen Chapter I The narrative follows closely to the story beats in the live action 2009 film but with a slower, more philosophical pacing that is closer to source material. If you haven't seen it, skip the 2009 movie, watch this one instead. Looking forward to Chapter II later this year. 📽️ 🎬

While Dune Prophecy lacks a bit of the impact and mystique that the newer Dune films have, the first episode definitely leaves me wanting more in the best way 📺
