Sebastian then screened through ~500 genomic features from @maizegdb.bsky.social for ones that boost performance of this ‘Expression’ model, developing the best-performing ‘Combination’ model (auROC 92%), along with a ‘Genome’ model that achieves good performance with no expression data.
