More #sewing things to keep me sane while I work on finishing up the soft peaks and eom stuff at work is trying to grind my bones for bread. Big floofy skirt in need of buttons and my finished Halloween shirt!

Skirt pattern is Sew Liberated's Estuary Skirt and Mcall's M7286 Misses' Tops.

For those interested in the actual sewing stuff, my take on these two projects: the shirt came out unfortunately weird. The plus size sizes are not great and make the arm and neck huge. It ended up cropped because the instructions for the original hem were.... Bad. So I just cut it straight across.

The skirt I'm mad obsessed with and can't wait to wear. Very happy even though it haa weird bits. Very wearable and no one else will ever know. About to pick out buttons from my vintage button stash.

Just a heads up prior to release: the Soft Peaks, currently, won't be compatible with lower body mods or replacers. I have plans to support *some* in the future but each will need its own custom refit. There are technical reasons for this that I wasn't willing to compromise on. #secondlife

I basically had to choose: a range of slider shapes and physics that don't jiggle your rib cage OR lower body mod compatibility. I made the choice for what was more important to myself, personally, as this is a very personal project. Normally I try to do what suits you guys best, but this was for me

I know body mod compatibility is important to you guys and I understand that this means that some of your plans may not work. I will do what I can, where I can, to help with that, after release. Right now I'm focusing on getting the core features complete.

The long answer is: I had to bring the chest down one alpha cut lower than most other chests (barring v-tech). There are still breast weights on the rib cage at the top of the usual alpha cut, which wouldn't have worked with how petite my chest is & would have made jiggle physics weird.

Update on the aforementioned boy titties. Added nipples and a "smooth" variant meant for under clothes, to replicate that little bit of compression from a snug garment. You can definitely wear this version by itself but the nipples are fit to the regular shape. #secondlife
