A Twilight Zone where a President solves every problem with a ban. Hate the press? Ban it. Hate immigrants? Ban them. Hate the term "Artificial Intelligence"? Ban it too. Soon the "Ban Man" discovers there's nothing left to ban. He's banned the world—and the world has learned to live without him.

He actually CAN ban use of a term across Executive agencies and, most especially, on their websites! But, how is doing that gonna help anybody afford groceries, rent, or heat this winter? And, isn't this the party that whined that democrats were policing "mere language."

And I'm going to trademark the name "No Intelligence" in reference to the trump administration. Bet I make more money than he does.

Trump's inner monolog: OMGOMG, I'm gonna lose control of the House and Senate because I'm such a POS criminal moron that I couldn't even do a few good things to campaign on! What should I do? Should I own up to my mistakes and promise to do better? Naw, I'll just RENAME EVERYTHING!!! That'll fix it!

I was recently asked if we should replace the IPCC with something less flawed. My answer is that nothing else could inspire top scholars worldwide to volunteer years of their lives to produce a definitive source on the state of our climate, impacts, and solutions. We have to fund the IPCC.

Will the DOJ’s cases against James Comey succeed? Probably not, though for Trump, convictions may not be the point. Among other things, he’s signaling to foes that he can orchestrate prosecutions based entirely on his whims and petty desires, without regard for merit. www.ms.now/rachel-maddo...

UPDATE: In addition to hearing Democrats' request for expedited discovery in this case, the court will also consider their request for a temporary block of the Trump administration's actions at Thursday's 2 p.m. hearing.

UPDATE: Democrats asked a federal court to block the Trump administration from: 🔺Pressuring election officials to purge voters from the rolls before the midterms using a faulty DHS database. 🔺Withholding ballots from people who appear as active voters on the rolls. 🔺Setting aside such ballots.

Trump just threatened to withhold federal disaster relief from North Carolina if the state votes Democratic in the midterms. Let me remind you again: no president in history has politicized and weaponized natural disasters the way Trump has.

So hard to pick a favorite part of this article. Pretending that sending unsolicited dick pics at 53 was a “youthful indiscretion” is good, but don’t sleep on the argument that his wife forgave him for subjecting other women to unwanted nude photos so everyone else should too
