We are delighted to announce the programme for Cymera Loves Romantasy! 🥰

Just finished 'Emberclaw' by @lrlam.bsky.social. With human and dragon bonding, power plays and action, this was a satisfying conclusion to the duology begun in 'Dragonfall'. #booksky

Hello! As I've had a few messages about this, the Dragon Scales series is a duology, not as trilogy as it was first announced. So that means no cliffhanger ending at the end of Emberclaw! The story is complete.

Recently finished @lrlam.bsky.social's #Dragonfall, it was an incredible read and dare I say I liked the chemistry between the protagonists better than The Empyrean Saga's (Fourth Wing and such) Incredible writing, excited to read Emberclaw :3

Authors who have ordered standing banners for events - any tips or tricks, or can you share a photo of your banner? I've been dragging my heels ordering as I'm not sure what to put on it beyond my name and some book covers, but I want it to look nice! Graphic design is sadly not my passion.

The special edition set of Dragon Scales by @lrlam.bsky.social was still available from @thebrokenbinding.bsky.social at the time of recording. youtu.be/ss3a4w7cO6g 💙📚 #books #Reading #SFF #readersky #SpecialEditionBooks

Last day, friends!

~*graphic design is my passion*~ Chai sez Pantomime is only $2.99 on ebook on the US side of the pond on that there Kindle for Prime. Grab it cheap and meet Micah & co and join R.H. Ragona's Circus of Magic. Inter3x lead, found family, coming of age, chimaera. 🎪

Pantomime by @lrlam.bsky.social is a 2026 top 5 read. Immersive, addictive, fierce, tender & queer. Book one that demands its trilogy. @dawbooks.bsky.social created a gorgeous edition. PS: ebook is $2.99. #booksky #tbr #queerfantasy #lgbtqreads

"We already live in a world where you walk outside and there are billboards and signs that are obvious AI slop. That’s become part of our visual reality. To me, generative AI feels less like innovation than a symptom of a broader cultural and economic rot." I like this kid.

Delighted that I can use cats to promote my work again. Kopi says that Dragonfall is only 99p on Kindle for TODAY only. Can we get this weird, queer dragon book with a nonbinary lead to climb the charts this pride month? Also have some more kitten tax. We got our Bengal boys Kopi & Chai on Friday.

Writing in my local bookstore with author friends. Someone came in after reading Dragonfall in one day to pick up Emberclaw. She had no idea I was 1. local 2. in the bookstore at that moment. So I came over, personalized it for her, and we were both a bit stunned and delighted. Thank you, Becky!!

With Masquerade (pub by @dawbooks.bsky.social), @lrlam.bsky.social puts the cherry on the top of the Micah Grey trilogy, a series that has become one of my favourites, especially with how it treats themes like queerness, identity and belonging. Full review: jamreads.com/reviews/masq... 💙📚

A fun meme? Don't mind if I do. Millennial vs. Gen Z pitches for my two fantasy series, which begin with Dragonfall & Pantomime. Out now, etc.

New Review - Shadowplay, by @lrlam.bsky.social (pub by @dawbooks.bsky.social) continues with the Micah Grey series, simultaneously upping the stakes but keeping the focus on the themes that form the core of the series. An excellent sequel. Full thoughts: jamreads.com/reviews/shad... 💙📚

I posted this in late March, but realized it had an error and I was away on retreat, so it was swiftly deleted. I am very belatedly reposting and hoping to get back into my Paired Reads series, since I like highlighting what I've been reading. Do you have any favourite books on the same subjects?

I have been informed by @dawbooks & @podiumentertainment that Dragonfall is an Audible Monthly Deal for May! I think this is for all of North America, but I'm not able to see the Audible US page properly from this side of the pond. Pick it up if you fancy!

My friend made me this handy graphic to help you navigate my backlist! Which have you read, or which catches your eye? I've got epic fantasy, gaslamp fantasy, near future SF, far future SF...and hopefully many more stories to come.

Just a wee PSA since I've already gotten two or three invitations: I've accepted one local event, but beyond that, I am not available for any chairing or events in June. Thank you!

In the states, it's Indie Bookstore Day! We love indies, and I've always been so grateful for their support of my books. Here's an extremely non-exhaustive list of a few US ones I love--who are yours? @heartleafbooks @citylightbooks @mainstbooksmonroe @mystgalaxybooks ...and so very many more!

I used to often use my cats to help promote my books, but I am sadly in between kitties (though hopefully not for long!). Luckily, ariana.victoria.w's cats have volunteered for this solemn duty. We've had Tala & Rya. Finally: Mako! Pantomime is a gaslamp fantasy w/ a magic circus & found family 🎪

With the release of @lrlam.bsky.social's preferred editions of the Micah Grey trilogy (@dawbooks.bsky.social / @hodderscape.bsky.social), we had the opportunity to interview them. Review of Pantomime also for this afternoon! Full interview: jamreads.com/interviews/s... 💙📚

And as promised, here's my take on Pantomime, by @lrlam.bsky.social (@dawbooks.bsky.social), a coming of age story that marvelously captures the struggles and difficulties that many people experience with their identity, and an excellent circus story. Full thoughts: jamreads.com/reviews/pant... 💙📚

Hello! It is the last day of the @transrightsreadathon giveaway for a full set of Micah Grey paperbacks with sprayed edges! Today is trans day of visibility, so a bit of help signal boosting for visibility of this series is especially appreciated! www.instagram.com/p/DWEw3lgmsv...

We are thrilled to reveal our special edition set of the Dragon Scales series by @lrlam.bsky.social in collaboration with @hodderscape.bsky.social 🐉🔥

We welcome @lrlam.bsky.social on the Binge Reading Bookclub Podcast! We read The Everlasting by @alixeharrow.bsky.social. A marvellous fantasy that combines love, nation building, tragedy and time travel! L also breaks down how Harrow utilises the time travel trope to best serve the plot. 💙📚
