Paolo of Lost Pages 🧙‍♀️ witchy season

Cyclopean II: The Dreamlands has many cities and villages to visit and explore. I wanted each one to have a different vibe, based on Lovecraft's detailed descriptions in The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath. Of course there is also quite a bit of creative license at play... #ScreenshotSaturday

Wizard Problems

My 1st five ttrpgs in the order I played them: 1. Tunnels & Trolls (solo) 2. The Dark Eye 1e 3. Dungeons & Dragons Redbox 4. GURPS 3e 5. Advanced D&D 2E

This is common in media and marketing companies too, and it sucks.

The Internet. Not internet content (a mixed bag, really), but its performance and extent. My phone transmits 2000 times faster than my first wired modem, and my wired connection 50000 times faster.

I threw in my backpack a dice set because, in the words of a friend, of "self respect". Arrived at my destination I found three dice sets in the bag. Also my destination was my parents', where I still have most of my RPGs. I'm a fool.

Loving/hating how working on a stupid game with an audience of one is hard, yet now and then I surprise myself with a really meaningful improvement. Myself in the future is going to be really happy about this.

The details are now public, as of two hours ago. bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi... The secret P-384 keys for these intermediate CAs are all zeros except the last 8 bits. All not-updated software can be MITM'ed now. IOT boxes that can't or don't update are now trivially MITM'able forever.

You may appreciate the naked contempt dripping from this email reply @loremistress93.bsky.social. Just a reminder to all UK creatives that UKGE does not give a shit about you or your opinions, and the recent AI stuff is more than just a simple mistake.

Most stuff is weak to lightning if we are being honest with ourselves

Accomplished achieved: have my art accepted in a gallery. Considering this and my book desing work, I remember the utter lack of support from my art teachers in school and the disbelief that I wanted to make art, because I was not good at drawing or painting. I guess I found my own way.

Sorcery Shenanigans/A Ladder to Leave the World Behind is on its way to be a real thing. The game would not have been possible without the enthusiasm of Therion, Blind Guardian, and Castle Rat, and a whole lot of coffee.

There was discourse and I typed words and then deleted the whole post. I'm so proud of myself.
