'ello 👋 Name's Lord Arse (or Mark, if you prefer. I do.) and I'm a collector of old computer and video games and related paraphernalia. Search "Lord Arse" on your favourite engine (Altavista, Excite, Lycos, Yahoo! etc.) and you'll probably find me, though I won't admit to anything. Thanking you!

My uncle - genius, total genius, great genes, very good brain - he invented colour! Can you believe it? Nobody knew about colour until he did it. Believe me, before my uncle came along, everything was black and white. Terrible. And everything moved a bit faster than things are today, very fast.

Mr. Arse's maps are lovely indeed! They're a great record, they're properly of the vintage, and it would be great to feature them in the book if we can hit that magic 100k mark. We've still got 10 days to go! Get in there.

Excited to announce that some of my hand-drawn maps will be included in the new ZX Spectrum book "The Rubber-Keyed Wonder: The Sinclair ZX Spectrum Story" if the Kickstarter reaches £100,000! Interested? Here's the link: www.kickstarter.com/projects/48k...

Ever since Lotus Esprit came out on the ZX Spectrum I wanted one. I even had a framed picture of one on my wall. I say had... I still have it somewhere! Do I want one now? Absolutely not. Probably would be a nightmare to maintain and I ain't got time for that!

What was the first car you ever dreamed of owning, and do you still want one today?

Something probably nobody else here has heard of but it was "Save Our Schools" by the Netteswell School Choir. A protest song in retaliation to the closing of the school in Harlow. ROCK AND ROLL!

First single you bought with your own money. No lying! Mine: "Red Box - Lean on Me (Ah-Li-Ayo)", 1985. Still know every word.

Really don't think the quality of series 2 of #snluk is up to the level of series 1 but quite enjoyed some parts of this episode, particularly Ania Magliano calls Shane Gillis a “Stupid f*cking c*nt” on Weekend Update.

Honouring the legacy of Margaret Hamilton, the pioneer who coined the term “software engineering.” Her brilliant priority-driven software helped keep the Apollo 11 computer running through critical overloads during its final descent, helping land humanity safely on the Moon. RIP.

Widow's Bay is just great, isn't it? No spoilers but there was a moment in the episode we just watched - episode eight - where my wife screamed so loud that I shit myself. Erm, figuratively, of course... 😳
