Trader Joe's has some amazing gluten-free pumpkin ravioli! I sautéed onion & mushrooms with butter, added a bag of baby spinach, some leftover chicken tenders cut into bite-sized pieces, and heavy cream as the "sauce" for the ravioli. Topped it with freshly grated cheese. OMG, it was delicious.
