There are some valid reasons to grant 'proffer' immunity to an already-convicted person, e.g. to obtain information helpful to other prosecutions. Doing it to try to absolve the President of his sex crimes while dangling a pardon for the convicted is not one of them.

We still have no idea who the ICE agents are.
