I know this doesn’t concern here in the blue, but 40 years ago tonight we were called out of the mine because there was a fire. We fought that fire for a week until it chased us out of the mine. Christmas morning the tv news scrolled their names across the screen the deaths of 27 friends.

I remember the hysteria about death’s quads being a part of ACA while the actual death squads were private insurers. Business interests deciding medical treatments is the terror, not doctors. White collar crime is always the most profitable and least prosecuted.

This killing/assignation should be the poster child for ACA. The privatization of healthcare has been about wealth building not healthcare. Privately owned human necessities should be socialized not left to the ransom of oligarchs.
