We need very much to avoid terminology that budget cuts are used "to pay for the $4.5T in proposed Repugnant tax cuts." This subliminally introduces as fact the mistake that the budget cuts pay off the tax cuts fully. In fact, the budget cuts at best balance off about 1/3 of the proposed tax cuts.
