I am BEGGING game devs to stop forcing me to go to the main menu to close your fucking game, what fucking reason is there for this? having an option to exit to menu sure, but forcing it? WWWWWHHHHYYYY.

I think a lot of the issues I saw people have were because of how heavily reliant the game is on the new whip like grappling hook and it absolutely feels very Metroid but I fucking love it, comboing between enemies in the air.

Played a little more of the new Castlevania and FOR ME after I adjusted the difficulty a bit (I am not good at this genre but I love it anyway) it is awesome, I can see what bugs people (the legit people who don't just hate female characters) but am mostly unbothered by them myself.

it's amazing how many of the complaints about Castlevania Belmont's Curse are either A. ew a girl, or B. where are her tits and why not show skin? like to be clear there are real complaints to be made about the game but gah fucking loser trash.

so Far the Dark Arisen expansion for Dragons Dogma 2 is delightful, it is however much higher level than I had expected but I am making do.

I know there is a mod for it and when I am sure it's updated I will use it again but probably my least favorite thing about Dragons Dogma 2 is the fall protection, it almost never saves you and very frequently causes you to die or otherwise fail to jump off things.

it's interesting to use a version of google that filters out AI and the whole first page is often just the button to go to the second page, we really are intentionally killing knowledge of any kind.

so I swa a pair of smart glasses in a video today that have no camera or GenAI instead they just use a standard smart assistant to give you info in a HUD, how do we feel about this? I think it's both better than perv glasses but also kind of useless compared to just picking up your phone?

how do we feel about low prices for expensive things at thift stores? I am super in favor of it if YOU are typically low income, but folks who go out and buy things marked WAY under their value and have means feels kind of scummy to me, is that weird?

I literally mostly quit doing videos and streams because of how bored I sound and how hard it is to not sound well like me because to me at least it just isn't fun to watch.

I feel bad for people who sound like they want to be doing literally anything else while making youtube videos I know from personal experience it probably isn't the case, I have to try SOOO hard to not sound board because I am trying to focus on doing everything... but I can't watch it.
