I recently attended a fantastic talk from @sergiocast97.bsky.social at @glasgowjs.org and it was a really interesting look at TailwindCSS and Figma design systems!

Just out here gathering some thoughts about working on personal creative projects, would be super interesting to hear what times of the week other folk feel creative!

Someone left a box of doughnuts on a seat on my bus… “I can resist everything but temptation” 😔

Hi folks, a small favour to ask of you, i’m looking for a Scotland based illustrator or artist to commission a small illustration to promote the first event, ideally someone who does abstract doodles or similar, students/hobbyists encouraged! Any recommendations? Here’s some examples of style:

Tough morning at the Glasgow Santa Dash..

After speaking to a few other developers, it seems i’m not the only one that enjoys Geoguessr 🌎🌍🌏! If you have an account and want to add a fellow dev interested in geography, my account is www.geoguessr.com/user/5e6a2a1...

Had a great evening at @glasgowjs.org's final meetup of the year! Have taken @jamiemchale.com's suggestion of setting my domain name as my Bluesky handle, which was a quick job! I'm now @kelsiesmurphy.com! I'll probably post about various things here, so hello everyone!

I never used to enjoy taking photos. Recently I discovered a passion for taking film photos, and purchased a Pentax 17, which has been one of my favourite decisions this year. I plan to create physical photo albums again, filled with my experiences across the upcoming years. Any film tips for me?

It's the last meetup of the year for us, tomorrow night 18:30 at Barclays Eagle Lab. We'll have a talk on Demystifying Auth from Mihir Somani, alongside pizza+drinks, socialising and networking with fellow JavaScript devs. All ability levels welcome!
