The problem is, I'm going to bookmark this (even though it's not sprout season here in the southern hemisphere) and forget about it in six months time. So what I'm saying is, can someone remind me to make this when May rolls around?

The two truest points in here: 1. The best exercise is the exercise you do. 2. It's *really* annoying that this stuff's actually good for you and makes you feel better. What do you mean every health expert in the world was right about physical exercise??

i wrote a little guide on physical fitness for trans people. i made it free because of how important this stuff is. if you like it, you can become a merritt+ member for only $5 a month, which is a huge help to me www.patreon.com/merrittk/pos...

The albums which feature all of these have been in especially heavy rotation: "Balloon" -Tyler, the Creator & Doechii "Death & Romance" - Magdalena Bay "Husbands" - Geese "Swim" - Lerato Orchestral Collective* "The Worldwide Scourge" - Genesis Owusu Honourable mention: "Ragdoll" - Dora Jar

Ask again in a month or two. L.O.C.* and Joburg's hottest punk band, Necklace, both have upcoming albums that (based on their live performances) will be my favourites of the year. 😌

twitter is a lost cause obviously because it's a septic tank but i am begging the good people of bluesky to discern original work from empty aggregation accounts and spend your attention and time on the former, not the latter

Been on a *great* run recently. And yes, I'm one of those freaks who enjoyed Digger. #LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched

Hey @nplusonemag.com, get Dushko Petrovich Córdova on this right now. I am willing to read at least one essay about this photograph.

I've said so before, but this show is *great*. If you live in Joburg, get yourself some tickets and laugh yourself silly.

Sigourney Weaver really sank that basketball. Cate Blanchett & Peter Jackson are in Hot Fuzz. The wireframes in 2001 are fake. IBM had told Kubrick that that kind of display *would* be possible, but it wasn't at the time, so they're physical models being rotated in front of a black background.

We all know the "Viggo broke his toe" story but what's another movie fact you're personally compelled to bring up every time without prompting? For me, it's the fact that Robin Tunney is wearing a wig in The Craft because of having just shaved her head to save her job filming Empire Records.

I am pro-Digger by the way. I made a flippant joke about it on here, and the movie definitely has its problems, but I liked it more than I didn't. letterboxd.com/keeganleech/...

Listen I doubt I'm gonna see these, but if there's ANY chance then they had better be a tight 90 minutes MAX. Don't show me the same Surf Dracula bullshit over and over again just so it can be a little bittersweet the fourth time Ringo writes "Yellow Submarine" 90 minutes MAXIMUM.

Sony is considering releasing all 4 ‘BEATLES’ biopics on the same day in April 2028. Another idea being considered is offering a 4-pack of tickets to encourage fans to buy tickets to all 4 films at once. (Source: www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie...)

Anyway, a movie culture without the possibility of insane overpriced whiffs will be a less healthy movie culture, and I'll eat these words the day that I can say that David Ellison has taken at least three big creative gambles, but I'm not holding my breath. x

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the release of Shrek, and I've gotta admit that as a child I was very scared of the lava bridge scene.
