Nice use of the living algorithm format. The piece that trips people up in platinum sensitive relapse is maintenance selection after response, since prior PARP exposure in front line increasingly limits repeat PARP and pushes the BRCA and HRD conversation earlier.

Really clean framework. The hinge most trainees underweight is daratumumab-refractory versus not, since that one branch reroutes everything toward carfilzomib pairings or BCMA-directed therapy earlier. Good to see the len-refractory pathway called out too, since that is the real-world default now.
