I’m so tired of all of the American crap we’re subjected to. Not just the international mess. But the food. The TV programming. The news. All American. All the time. I’m tired of it and I want all Canadian content, as I’m typing on an American social network.

I just finished watching “Hail Mary”. Absolutely fantastic movie. Beautiful.

His entire post is a series of contradictions. “Will be sending ships” vs “hopefully will send ships”; “attempted closure” vs “will soon get open”; “totally decapitated” vs “drones, missiles, ships”. With the same breath.

I love how people in the US raise tons of money through Go Fund Me for sick people who can’t afford healthcare. I wonder if they know that state run medical insurance is kinda like that. Only less money from more people.

Such bullshit. Now our province of BC will switch to permanent Daylight Saving Time - so idiotic. Why do we have to switch permanently to an artificial time? They had a referendum but the option for "regular time" wasn't even there. We had a choice between "DST" and "switch".

The latest episode of “Night of the Seven Kingdoms” was a tough, tough watch. But I love this show.

We just watched a heart wrenching vigil at Tumbler Ridge following the horrible school shooting from Tuesday. It’s terrible. Awful. Life changing. I keep thing how often communities have to go through this south of the border, and I wonder how they can.

So a trans person killed 9 people and then themselves. Cue the further vilification of non binary people. While I know nothing of the back story, I'm left to wonder if more inclusion and acceptance could maybe have prevented such a tragedy?
