Oh, she a thicc girl.

Shit is on fire, I kinda wanna die. But I am getting a 4K of The Silence of the Lambs and The Frighteners from Criterion and Arrow, so maybe life isn't so bad. 90s sub-genres of horror keeps me going. Also, my girlfriend.

I know I literally just finished The West Wing again, but fuck me it is tempting to go back again.

I did the bravest thing possible today as a trans woman: Used a public bathroom in Texas.

Fucking vote! If you have the ability and full right to vote, do it, and if you do and don’t vote, I really do not wanna hear you talking about shit when you could have done the bare minimum to help change things. Get out, get informed, and VOTE!

Yeah, I am a bottom/sub-leaning switch. Also, could you tell by this alone I grew up Catholic?

Visitation today, funeral tomorrow, and Pride on Saturday. Packed fucking weekend!

15 YEARS AGO, Remedial Chaos Theory aired! Written by Chris McKenna and directed by Jeff Melman, and Damn it. I'm gonna go as fast as I can so I don't miss anything. #OriginalAiring

Not gonna lie, VisionQuest dropping the same week as my dad's funeral is just oof. That is gonna be a nuclear punch to the balls of my heart.

My biggest storytelling inspiration just passed away. Thanks for the spark, Dad. Rest easy.

I was tempted to pirate HP, curiosity and all that. But @jessiegender.bsky.social is right - think of the amount of times HBO commented on GOT leaks and downloads, just as an example. They DO track these things, and even that drives interest. Let this show die. Trans people deserve better.

I swear if tonight is the only night Casino Royale is playing in theaters, I am gonna be pissed because I have to miss it.

Fuck this job so hard. How am I still sober?!

If you are the sort of dude who has misgivings about these discussions surrounding sexual assault or feels the need to say “not all men”, I implore you to develop some platonic female relationships. You’ll find out REAL QUICK how carefully curated a bubble you’re in and how often this shit happens.

I must now seek this movie out. Oh my god, it sounds incredible in the best and worst ways possible.

The Montecito episode of Hacks is the writers giving into the shippers and I am grateful for it.

Working for Walmart would be more tolerable if I could do this shit in the city I actually live in.

I loved eating Chik-Fil-A. Can't remember the last time I ate there. I used to go to Hobby Lobby weekly. Haven't walked into one in over a decade. I enjoyed Harry Potter, past tense. My life is not wanting of joy without these things the way it would be without all my LGBTQIA+ friends. Choose love.

Maybe today is the day you start working on that thing. Just a page or two, you know? Get the juices flowing.

I have been to hell. And hell is working the Walmart auto care desk on a fucking Sunday.

my partners and i are very normal

This makes all the sense in the world.

Everyone on Bluesky right now... ...like, everyone.

Two things I know would have happened had The West Wing debuted around the time of smartphones: 1. The whole Bartlet administration (Josh, Toby, and CJ especially) would have near fatal daily heart attacks. In Leo’s case, sped his up. 2. VP Hoynes sending dick pics.

At what point do we activate Josh Lyman’s secret plan to fight inflation?

RIP Dolly Parton and Tim Curry. Undeniable legends both of you.

The more I think about and ruminate on Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, the more it definitely feels like one of those movies thst is truly embedded into my DNA as to who I am as a creator and the type of media I really enjoy.

I feel like I will not shock a living soul by admitting Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma is my favorite film of this year.

This was a treat of a movie. Go see it!

Thank you for all the love on this yall 🥺💕 it’s so amazing to see how many trans (and trans questioning) ppl resonated with this silly self indulgent doodle, it warms my bitter gay old heart 💖

I know it was the government shutdown, but when Josh Lyman is telling you to go home, you know shit is fucked! #TheWestWing

Dysphoria busting makeover before work 💕 #petraparker #spiderman

One show I know will be different after coming out is Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. The show literally ended months before I had fully come out and while I admired the show for how honest it tackled well, everything, revisiting the pilot, I already can tell revisiting it will be a whole new experience.

Criterion's K-POP DEMON HUNTERS release is targeting a generation just discovering the wonders of collecting physical media at a time when physical media companies need it most, while also introducing their catalogue to young movie lovers. This is a genius move. Get the kids into Criterion!

If I could afford a smoking habit, I’d be unstoppable.

I do not have the energy or the patience to hold two part-time jobs to survive.
