I've just hit publish on the photos and videos for the last conference in May. It's wonderful to reflect now a few months have passed on what an amazing day it was. I'll look back at the years we ran All Day Hey! with incredibly fond memories.

After three wonderful years, I'm moving on from Genio. There are two things I'm most proud of from my time there. The first is the team and the culture we built: a group of people who are incredible at what they do and very generous with their time and support for each other.

I'm now looking for my next senior engineering leadership role (Director, VP, or C-suite) at a company with scale and impact. If you know of something, or know someone I should talk to, I'd love to hear from you.

The second is the platform itself: a polished product that's never lost focus on doing the right thing for the learner, with lots of exciting technical work under the hood.

Sixteen years ago, I started Stac Works with a colleague. An agency building products for start-ups and scale-ups that needed solid tech to build a business on.

Over the years it morphed into a consultancy, and when my co-founder left to pursue a different career, I reshaped it around the work I do best. Today feels like the right time to reintroduce Stac Works to the world: fractional CTO and AI strategy for product-led businesses.

Earlier this month, we delivered the final All Day Hey! conference, our tenth edition. I’ve been reflecting in the aftermath of the event as people have published their thoughts on the day, about the purpose of events like ours and how their existence is fundamental to our industry.

A sincere thank you to everyone who came to the last edition of All Day Hey! yesterday. There are many things I'd like to say, I'll write a post at some point soon. My heart is full and I'm looking forward to a good nap. The perfect ending to ten years of hosting this wonderful community.

The stage is set for the last All Day Hey! and I'm getting ready to give the closing remarks, signalling ten years of the conference. All a bit emotional, to be honest with you. Incredibly excited to get everyone together and feel the buzz in the room. If you've bagged a ticket, I'll see you there 🫡

Nails on brand for All Day Hey tomorrow. Gutted that it's the last one, so I'm bringing as much joy as possible to banish the sadness. See you there, lovely people 🧡

Working in a leadership role, it solves two problems for me. Knowledge management and low joy admin. I thought it would be good to share my approach.

When Phil said he was up for taking this slot, I was very excited. It will be the perfect talk to close off the day!
