Donald Trump did more than any leader on Earth to supercharge the COVID pandemic, then he instituted totalitarian shutdowns & interfered with their public health effect. Inflation surged after the shutdowns, in all countries. When Biden was President, the US had the lowest inflation among peers...

Trump promise to bring down costs, but inflation is still outpacing paychecks. With the midterms a week away, Democrats are trying to tap into voters’ frustration in the midterms.

Trump lied about what was happening, partly to conceal his own role in causing the most widespread economic devastation in at least 100 years, partly to help him sway voters. On day 1, he began a craven campaign against American economic freedom, attacking allies & imposing illegal taxes.

The result of Trump's illegal abuses of office—from tariffs to an unauthorized, illegal war, with no plan whatsoever, in which he closed off 20% of all combustible fuel supplies—is record price surges & grinding economic devastation across all 50 states. He is the cause of high costs, period.

The President as President DOES NOT have freedom of speech. The people do & he is sworn to serve all of them. The President is engaging in flagrantly defamatory speech & hate-based incitement, in opposing specific candidates. His lies are criminal abuses of office.

By Trump's own standard, each of the people he is defaming could sue him for $10 billion & make binding demands on his thought, speech, behavior, right to do business, etc., for decades to come. He is setting that standard, then acting as if it doesn't exist. Malicious intent is obvious & evident.

The Constitution clearly states that all people are guaranteed a right to due process & cannot be detained or otherwise punished if it is denied. Judges who deny this are rejecting the Constitution & attempting to void all people’s basic human rights.

Also, the under appreciated 6th Amendment clearly prohibits the federal government from transferring anyone in custody out of state, a summary punishment that is inherently unlawful & constitutes a kind of cruelty intended to deny fair judicial process.

The Trump Administration is handing his corporate donors regulatory favors and billions in federal business, and they are handing him cold hard cash. The billionaire CEOs get even richer, Trump gets his gaudy ballroom, and the American people get fleeced. This is corruption in a gangster state.

For every one of these dehumanizing, destructive, unconstitutional breaches, the American people retain a transcendent, irreducible & unalienable right to legal redress. For every single one of them. People who have been documenting the numerous daily horrors for ten years are keepers of evidence.

Elections should never be “pivotal” for any legitimate enterprise in a free society. Needing government to rig market conditions to make your business viable means the business is not fit to compete on its own merits. One party doing favors for a specific business violates equal protection.

Neither the President nor any federal official has any lawful authority to “target” any person or to ignore restrictions on use of public authority imposed by judges or the Constitution. Doing so is a crime against the Constitution & against the rights & humanity of every American.

The unforgivable horror of this ongoing mass slaughter of American children will stain our time for centuries to come. We have a duty to stop this, all of us, as a free people.
