I just published a little blog post about how to use Vue DevTools in your Void project. If you use these tools from the good folks at @voidzero.dev, check it out! johnfraney.ca/blog/use-vue...

@voidzero.dev Is there anywhere to report bugs for Void? It looks like the `seed` command can't find schemas exported from `db/schema.ts` unless `.ts` is appended to the schema's file path. I can seed the database that way, but I have to remove the `.ts` suffix in order for the dev server to work
@voidzero.dev Does void.cloud run on its own infrastructure or does it run atop another cloud provider?
I just launched a new website: ClipStitch.ca. The site makes it easy to perform video editing tasks right in your browser. Right now, ClipStitch can combine two videos into one, and soon I'll be adding more features, like resizing and converting. It's fast, free, and privacy-friendly. Check it out!
Blurry, the Python-powered static site generator I maintain, just joined the curated open-source & free tools on thewhale.cc! It's a great spot to learn about new tech resources, so check them out
43 times in 2025 I saw the surprising generosity of Internet strangers. They bought me a coffee (via @ko-fi.com) and shared some kind words, too: "The table to markdown tool was a lifesaver. Thank you! 🫡" "Your Convert Excel to Markdown saved me SO MUCH TIME! Thank you!" Here's to a generous 2026!

The fact that there are now websites like https://www.programiz.com/python-programming/online-compiler/ or https://pyrfecter.com/ made it all possible to do on a mere smartphone, so kudos to the people who made these websites. :)
I checked my website's analytics and saw that my post is included in today's JavaScript Weekly newsletter! You can check out the full newsletter at javascriptweekly.com/issues/764 (I use Fathom for privacy-friendly analytics, and you can get $10 off from my referral link: usefathom.com/ref/RAQCDJ)
I wrote a little blog post to show how to write a type-safe utility to unit test Vue composables. Take a peek! johnfraney.ca/blog/how-to-... (Plus, I'm testing out @buffer.com to automate posting this on multiple social platforms.)
I found an issue with the Open Graph metadata on my decaf tea review site (decafdigest.com) by using the page explorer from @ahrefs.bsky.social. Thanks a bunch!

Oops. I wrote a review of Taylors of Harrogate Decaffeinated Breakfast Tea in June and forgot to publish it. Better late than never! decafdigest.com/teas/taylors...

Using #ChatGTP or another #LLM with spreadsheets? tabletomarkdown.com makes it a breeze to work with Markdown tables. Plus, it's completely free and your data never leaves your browser

It's fun to check analytics data and see that @fordmotorsofficial.bsky.social, @bestbuysocial.bsky.social, and @sumsung.bsky.social are using your #markdown side project internally. Thanks for trying out tabletomarkdown.com!
Blurry's new documentation site sports a #PageSpeed score that is so, so close to perfection. Will that performance score read 100 by the end of the week? You better believe it. It was 97 a few minutes ago. blurry-docs.netlify.app
My #SEO -friendly, #Python static site generator, Blurry, just had a big update! v0.14.0 brings much faster build times, an "init" command to jumpstart a new project, and an updated documentation site. Check it out on #GitHub at github.com/blurry-dev/b...

I just added a new feature to my Responsive Image Generator: now when you edit the target widths, they're stored in the URL so you can share & bookmark that configuration. Check it out here: johnfraney.ca/tools/responsive-image-generator Thanks to my Ko-fi supporter Kurt for the idea!
And this code is thrown together in Vue, but thanks to @housecor.com for the reminder in one of his React talks about the grooviness of storing state in query params
You are up to date.
