My alarm went off this morning at 3:35, as it does every Monday-Friday, and my dogs-- the three who sleep on my bed-- barely moved. Georgie raised his head (he was tucked up next to me, little spoon style, head on my arm), sighed, and flopped back down. I very much wanted to do the same. 💜

I got off work early today, so of course we had to go to the Arkansas State Fair. Our fair isn't huge line Texas or Minnesota, and I'm not a fan of weird, overpriced fair food, but it was fun nonetheless.

We thought Mueller would expose him but Barr stepped in, or Jack Smith would indict him but Cannon stepped in, or Congress would impeach and convict him but McConnell stepped in, or the judiciary would stop him but SCOTUS stepped in. It’s up to us, we must step in & stop him!

Update #UglyDogs Bennett is still mad at being on bed rest during the day, which means being crated while I'm at work. And he *hates* taking his pills. But I think he's feeling better! The tummy rubs her demands almost constantly while awake probably help. 🥰💜

Update #UglyDogs! Bennett is home and doing well. TOO well! He's supposed to be off the leg, but the first thing he did this morning was RUN down the stairs! 😫 He's licking, but just the bruises, not the incision. He hates his meds and needs a handful of treats with each dose.
