I actually want to insert Nadezhda into 8.0 party, her general arc being slightly similar to Steel Lily but with a more happy outcome. She may lack Echo but she was an experience of killing different things and always living through it, even if she's haunted by an event that made her like that. >>>

Just a reminder, Nadja was severely injured when The Empire attacked her home village and she lost her unborn baby because of this. Then she was the only person from her family to survive the occupation, but unlike Lily she still has good connection in the Source. She just yearns for a new purpose >

The closest one for Pi would be "positive protagonist with a dark past". Except that dark past is just first 10 years of life at the Southern Sea Isles that he forgot because of amnesia, also he's one of the survivors from an Imperial raid on the still inhabited Lalafellin islands.

Spheal is proud of your hard work this week

Pi had an irrational fear of getting hurt physically in my way as a child, so he was very careful. He grew out of it as he got older. He still has one fear though, the one he never had until he had stepped foot into Gyr Abania - Arachnophobia, because he got taken away by big hungry spiders once.

Pi only had one love - a Dwarven lady by the name of Tautt, affectionately named Tau by him and his party members during ShB. Pi wasn't really a romantic, he saw everyone only as his friends. But seeing that dwarf without the bulky helmet made his heart beat in a different way. >>>

Pi did not hesitate. He did keep the promise of meeting with Tau again, but he wanted to make sure she would live a long and happy life no matter what, so even if it was risky, he agreed to journey to the Fourth to find a way to save his loved one (and maybe her fae friend too). >>>

During the events of 7.5, Tau has been thrown into the Source by a rift that had opened underneath her feet one day. Her body was falling apart from this travel, but it was mended by Tau's pixie friend Eo Sul who chose to fuse their life essences so both would survive. >>>

Pi did find her and nurse her back to health, and Tau did end up telling him and his party was her condition was like, since she would eventually fall apart either way, but bearing some forbidden knowledge she spoke of a place in the realm of bitter cold that may have an antidote. >>>

She was the only person on his party affected by the Light corruption that was saved from death, something that both hurt and elated Pi, and deeply touched Tau who had returned to her senses and started to recognize what has been going on. >>>

The night before Pi had to leave the First with the Scions, they both told each other about their feelings. Knowing that Tau cannot cross the border to the Source, and that Pi isn't like WoL who can afford the travel between Shards, they exchanged their hair ribbons and promised to meet again. >>>

Because it was ShB, he didn't have enough time to himself to think about these feelings, but he was dedicated to helping her mission and her well-being. Only by the time the Night has returned to most of Norvrandt, after Tau has been affected by the Light, did he realize what that feeling was. >>>

Pi thrives I am pretty sure. He was born on South Sea Isles and then lived for many years in Thavnair. He's pretty used to heat and handles it well. But if it's cold like in Coerthas or, even worse, Northern Ilsabard, he would be for sun to come out and never leave lol

Let me tell you about my nightmare this night that I had. My PC forced itself into Win11 upgrade despite of not being compatible so I shut that bitch off and speedran installing Linux. That's it, but I woke up sweating, it was very realistic.

I am in love with the guy. And the fact he is using Vaultry's rig? And is called Чёрт? He's a big imp guy, and probably hungry (bloody saliva on his lipsies) Glad I am not the only one who likes him

I put Pi into special namesday gear when it's either mine, or one of his two namesdays! (One for his real birthday and another for the day his adoptive family took him in) And I give him umbrella when it's raining, and I usually put him in warm clothes in very cold zones :3

I've got a #WoLQotD for the players tonight: Do you do any little things to take care of your character even though it's unnecessary, e.g., take them indoors when it's raining or give them an umbrella; dress them in warm clothes when they're in a chilly zone; put them to bed when you log out, etc.?

I wanted to make Pi meet a shard of himself eventually, but it never did sit right with the whole theme of self-discovery and being the person no one else can be. Meeting his other self can be a great source of personal reflection, but he might be guilty of rubbing off his shard's personality. >>>

#wolqotd do you have an oc you've made to be wol's shard on the 9th or is there an existing character you head canon to be wol's shard?

Ultimately, for now, he is the only shard of Notus who is still alive and is considered an adult. Some were lost to Calamities, others had just reborn. Being the last remnant of his own Ancient who died a child himself goes well with Pi being one of the last members of his own bloodline.

Very rarely? Pi's Echo allows him to understand those speaking foreign languages, he used that in some cases to understand others and pass the knowledge unto his party members. I am a translator, primarily, and my other specializations are not covered by him at all.

Jokes on you, Pi has been named after a food item by his adoptive mother. He had a regular Lalafellin name before losing his memories, but he still prefers the sillier one that she gave him years ago. The original name was Piyu Lazuyu, with the latter part related to lapis lazuli - his birth stone.
