can we ban forced arbitration altogether? it seems like it's just a way for companies to weasel out of any risk of punishment by forcing anyone to waive their right to class-action suits and to go to what might as well be a kangaroo court. kinda feels like a violation of my rights

okay. why does Windows' IO scheduler and general architecture suck so fucking much???? why can ONE mechanical disk getting *hammered* make my whole machine slow to a crawl and make apps that don't even *touch* that disk struggle to launch for 30 seconds to multiple minutes?????

like. I can TAB OUT OF A SOURCE GAME on Linux and have zero negative effects, and yet doing the same on Windows makes it catastrophically explode and crash to desktop, or at best have noticeable issues and instability

like. Linux seems to have Windows absolutely mogged in terms of I/O handling. why the hell does pressing a global shortcut like the Media Play/Pause key just not do anything at all until the focused app starts responding again??? why is a frozen app able to eat my keystrokes???

well, kinda. if you restore a backup taken on a device that wasn't supervised, then it wipes out supervision. which isn't better. but like. this phone LITERALLY runs Linux. Android is just weird Linux. you cannot tell me that I can't backup EVERYTHING, including app data, even in an encrypted format
