Hey App Store team, Please stop telling customers that a developer can grant them a refund for an App Store purchase, you know full well they can't and it's unfair to the developer's support team who get the flack. Or… even better, allow developers to control refund requests? #JoysOfSupport

Just heard that my favourite high school maths teacher passed away. He was an incredibly kind and funny teacher who did a double act at Christmas Assembly with another mats teacher - they did a lost property sketch, often pushing boundaries and even insulting other teachers! RIP Mr G

Huge thanks to @alexlowe30.uk for helping me move over the weekend. We had a KIA PV5 to move with, I got to see how good chargers work! I'd been so used to dealing with badly installed and managed GeniePoint units that I was surprised reliable charging existed! We got the majority of stuff moved!

@soapboxsoftware.bsky.social kudos for supporting dynamic text size on iOS, this isn't a thing on macOS and I'm not seeing any font size options in the Mac app? Love the app, but text size is a real challenge for me as a visually impaired nerd. Happy to do a support ticket instead if that helps.
