From my perspective, organizational reform plays a big role in preventing burnout while meeting evolving needs. Expanded, professionalized management structure? Leadership training on a standardized knowledge base across the entire con operation? Biannual cons? It should all be on the table. (3/3)

Participating in my first dance competition at the con that made me fall in love with fursuit dancing was so special. I was so touched by everyone who was moved by my emotional showcase, and I can't wait to apply the judges’ critiques to my next routine. Song: “Nervous” by John Legend #AWU2026
